paris is negative?...
i thought it is okay to live there shortly...like, for 3 months. talked to a japanese who (is a gov. official from commerce ministry) worked in IEA (pretty cool place to work for) in paris. his only comments are:
girls are not that cute.
it's too hot.

for me, beijing would be 100, hk 90, shanghai 85 and tokyo 80.
paris might be positive.
oh probably istanbul shall be around 50.
i'd give shenzhen 0.
Any non-Asian city without an acceptable Chinatown would have a negative score.
